These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voxentra website at voxentra.ai and our AI voice qualification services (together, the "Services"), provided by Voxentra ("Voxentra", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Voxentra provides AI voice agents that answer, qualify, and warm-transfer calls for clinics and BPOs, operated by Arber Xhaxhaj. You can reach us at support@voxentra.ai.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for business use. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are using the Services for business purposes, and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@voxentra.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use and your compliance responsibilities

You agree not to use the Services to break the law or infringe anyone's rights. In particular, when you use the Services to make or qualify calls, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required consents for those calls, and for complying with all applicable telecommunications, telemarketing, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws in the jurisdictions you operate in. You must not use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or non-consented communications.

5. Fees and billing

Paid use of the Services is on a pay-as-you-go, per-minute basis as described on our pricing page or in your order. Minutes are purchased in advance and drawn down as you use the Services. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual property

Voxentra and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including the software, website, and branding. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide or generate through your use of the Services. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Services to you.

7. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of the Services, that processing is also governed by your customer agreement. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of the data and calls you process through the Services.

8. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Services reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet every requirement. AI-generated qualification and call handling may not be perfect and should be used with appropriate human oversight.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxentra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Voxentra's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The specific governing law and venue for any dispute will be set out in your customer agreement where one applies. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
