You only pay for the minutes your AI agent actually spends on calls.

Every minute Voxentra spends on a call — from pickup to handoff or hangup — counts. Warm-transferred calls only consume the qualification portion; once your team takes over, the clock stops. Billing is per-second, so you’re never rounded up to a full minute.

Your dashboard warns you as your balance gets low, and again before it hits zero. Top up any time with another pack of minutes — it’s added to your balance instantly. Calls stop answering when your balance reaches zero, so you’ll never get a surprise overage bill.

Larger top-ups get the lower €0.10/min rate on the whole pack — our way of rewarding volume. A 5,000-minute pack is €600 at €0.12; a 6,000-minute pack is €600 at €0.10. If you’re buying around the 5,000 mark, it’s often worth rounding up to land on the better rate.
