What counts as a “minute”?

Every minute Voxentra spends on an inbound call - from pickup to handoff or hangup - counts toward your monthly total. Warm-transferred calls only consume the qualification portion; once your team takes over, the clock stops.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?

You’ll get a heads-up from your dashboard as you approach your limit. Upgrade to a higher tier anytime - the change takes effect immediately and your next invoice reflects the new plan. No surprise overage charges.

Can I cancel or downgrade?

Yes, anytime. No long-term contracts. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then either ends or drops to the new tier.

Is there a free trial?

We run a native-speaker test call in your target languages before you commit. If the voice quality isn’t where you need it for your market, you don’t sign up. Fair test, no pressure.

Do you support multiple locations or clinics?

What happens to my call recordings?
